UV Printing

Like every other manufacting method, there are pros and cons that come along with it:

Pros:

1. High flexibility: able to print on various materials;

2. High durability: more resistant to damages such as scraping and markings;

3. Vibrant, precise, and long-lasting: colors are more vivid, prints are sharper, and lasts at least 2 years without fading, as compared to conventional printing methods;

4. Cost-effective: it does not require post-processing after the UV ink cures which saves cost for you!

Cons:

1. Lack of flexibility: Once the UV ink is cured, it forms a hard and durable layer, thus it can make the printed material less flexible such as fabrics or materials that will be bent or folded.

Do take note before you send us your files for the mould:

1. File format: .pdf, .svg, .dfx, .ai

2. Dimensions: Display accurate dimensions of desired logo

3. Color specifications: Label in file the colors for the logo/design

After UV printing, the cured UV ink on provides a glossy or matte finish, depending on the desired effect, on the object’s surface. The colors are typically rich and saturated, making them visually appealing and eye-catching.
