We print in fused deposition modeling (FDM), stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS) and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), and pick the process for each part rather than for whichever machine is free. Engineering teams send us prototypes, jigs, fixtures, enclosures and short runs of end-use parts, alongside the scale models, trophies and figurines we're known for.
Send an STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF file. Plastic prints are priced by the gram and the process, and runs get cheaper with quantity. Our largest single filament piece is 1 m × 1 m × 1.2 m, printed in our own studio, and anything bigger is printed in sections and bonded. SLA goes down to 25-micron layers for fine detail. Sanding, priming, Pantone-matched paint and electroplating happen in the same workshop, so a part can leave finished rather than raw.
