Mask for Hearing Impaired

COVID-19 has affected the world, more so for those who are deaf and mute.
This requires a solution for a mask that allows the use of lip reading to continue communication and interaction with others.

This project aims to solve the problem by designing and developing a transparent wearable mask. This project was in collaboration with students from NUS. With them leading the designing and development and us assisting in Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and Fabrication.
